My husband and I had that same pumpkin bisque when we were in Arizona last year at the Cuban restaurant Havana Cafe on East Bell. We were told it was seasonal and it wasn't on the menu, but was offered for us to try it. I have been searching for a recipe for it all this time and am so glad to finally have one close enough to it. That bisque was amazing!! I still think of it. Thank you for searching it out too! Can't wait to try your version, and Gladys my husband is Cuban so I will be looking for the ame. Thanks again!
