Misc. the same thing, but worried if it would get too soggy. I was planning on using the crust as an base for a tart. And for the filling a pecan pie type filling using macadamia nuts instead. I know this sounds very rich, but I figure a small sliver and a nice cup of tea or coffee would make a nice finish for a simple indian summer meal later. We haven't had much of a summer here, haven't even had to use the air conditioner at all.
I may miss the south...but not the weather!!!
