I still buy pudding cakes here in Canada, they are manufactured by a company called "Shirrif", and they are readily available at the dollar stores, among other places.

That reminds me...it's been awhile, think I will pull one of the shelf.

Although I am sure Marilyn's are better, and, as she says, they come together quickly.
