Thanks for the quick response. This recipe seems great and we will have a practice run this weekend so that all goes smoothly next weekend. The club plans to make about 200 to be sold at the American School food fest. They were all going to get together and make them but I suggested Kathy give each member the recipe and they make a portion of the 200. They haven't had caramel apples at the food fest in the past and so this should be a big hit. Can't wait to try this out!
