I am writing a cookbook. I am certainly not a writer, just a cook who also loves her island. There is one book that only needs editing which is kind of a travelogue of the island with typical Menus. There is also in the planning and organizing stage a Caribbean Anthology that will cover recipes from the 3 big antilles (Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Cuba). I have so much material. But I need actual travel to include and revise typical recipes. The anthology will be in Spanish, but the Travelogue and recipe book will be in English.

Anyway I am in no hurry. At present I am dealing with some real estate businness regarding my property at Vega Alta that promises good returns.

I agree with your son. You will love New York. As a matter of fact, I am not comfortable in airplanes, but I try always to think of the place where I will arrive, and then I forget the uneasiness. If you come to New York you might plan a visit to Puerto Rico, which is only a few hours away.
