Loved seeing that someone else uses the Jiffy corn muffin mix, and for something different!
I love your recipe and intend to add it to my collection.
Hope you like the following recipe using Jiffy corn muffin mix as well.

I usually make everything from scratch, but this is one I find is better than if I made it from scratch.
I make up one box of JIFFY corn muffins, but add 1 full cup, more or less to you taste, of blueberries, fresh or frozen. Makes 4-5 Texas sized muffins. If using frozen berries do NOT thaw.
May not sound like much but if you dip the tops of the hot muffins in a mix of fresh lemon juice and melted butter, then in sugar.....MMMMMMMMM!!!
You could use those decorator sugars to dress them up, and fancy cupcake papers.
The extras, if there are any (LOL), freeze well.
