Thank You: re: Amish Pumpkin Pie

Peg, thank-you so much for sending the 2 recipes my way. I live in Northeast Indiana and have access to Amish communities but have never seen or had this type of pie until this past Saturday.
I will be checking in Shipshewana on Wednesday for any recipe books and if I find anything different I'll let you know.
