Main Entree:
Roasted Turkey with Herb Rub
Caramelized Red & White Pearl Onions
Roasted Parsnips & Carrots with Tarragon
Skillet Buttermilk Cornbread
Two kinds of Cranberry
Two kinds of gravy - Mushroom and regular Turkey
Mom's Mashed Potato Stuffing
Baked Sweet Potatoes in Skins

Wine: Beaujolais Nouveau (Duboef or jadot)

Dessert: Chocolate Layer Cake
Perugina Baci
Nuts in their Shells
Fruit
Low Fat Gingerbread
