Thank You: Re: What Are You Serving For Thanksgiving?

I'm cheating all the way and have enough food for 30 but am only serving 4.5 :(

Well, the family is declining, but we each wanted different stuff, so I ordered out and then enlisted a friend who has to work that day and has a huge family to come and take it away. :)

I'm having a turducken, as they are prepared in Maurice, LA. With 3 different stuffings. (serves 20-25)

a roasted turkey breast with cornbread stuffing (serves 8-10)

sweet potatoes with brown sugar and pecans
steamed vegetable medley with fresh herbs
cornbread and dinner rolls
pecan pie
pumpkin pie

oh, yeah, I'm going to make a green salad.

With the way my life is going at the moment, I'll be lucky to get it all warm and on the table at the same time, but I'm going to give it my best effort.

Next year, I'll cook again.
