Thank you for posting the Sargento Four Cheese Roasted Vegetables recipe. Unfortunately, the Sargento 4 Cheese Country Casserole Recipe Blend shredded cheese is no longer available. It was a blend of Cheddar, process American, Monterey Jack, and Muenster cheeses. You could use mild Cheddar cheese or shredded Cheddar Jack cheese in the recipe, or, as an alternative, we've now included Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded 4 Cheese Italian Cheese in the recipe on sargento.com: http://www.sargentocheese.com/recipe/recipeDetail.jsp?recipeId=817 Enjoy!
