Tracey and Jackie you are lifesavers. The vegetarian, wheat-free,milk-free recipes you sent look wonderful. It's going to be hard to pick just one and I will keep the other two on file. I meet with this same group once a month so all recipes will be used!

You are right, I can use rice or soy milk and soy or goat cheese. It's cow's milk that's the problem. Thanks again.
