Hi Bea,

Thanks for the link - I'm adding the recipe index for Ted's Fudge, Fudge, Fudge to TKL's Desserts/Candy section today.

The recipes themselves (about 80 of them!) would make a great holiday gift printed out and given with a pretty plate or tin of assorted fudge flavors made from the collection! You could color code the pieces with little dots of frosting and make a key card to the recipes. Actually - this would be a great use for all those empty Godiva boxes you have laying around :) !

There are about 40 chocolate chip cookie recipes there too for anyone interested!

Velma - I saw a diabetic fudge recipe listed!
