Avocados I Love, Gladys!

Hi Gladys!

You are so lucky to get those big, wonderful avocados Gladys! I remember the big ones when I lived in Miami and my very favorite way to eat them was to cut them into chunks, salt and pepper them then drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil over. Ooooh, just heaven!!!

My Mom was also telling me that in Cuba a very famous salad served was Avocados with Graefruit sections. Very popular back in the 40's and 50's. I can get you the recipe if you are interested.

My Mom sends a great big hug and never forgets you and says you are a beautiful (bella) lady!!!
