Dear Carolyn,

I am sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather these days...please be sure to get plenty of sleep, stay cozy in bed with some TV or DVD's and see if Luis can make some chicken soup for you. I wish I were close by to bring you some. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice into it too!

I always swear by THERAFLU, it is a lemon flavored powder that you mix with warm water and drink it. It has medicine for the flu and/or cold and after 3-4 days on it, I am cured! Really! It is like a hot toddy and it is good for you.

You will have fun at the baby shower, they always seem to have good food at those! Hopefully, you will be up to going by then!

So, the boys will be on Spring Break, huh? Sounds like you will all have a grand time at that hotel. Enjoy the time together and have some great memories!

Don't forget to tell us about the Ethiopian food you ate too! Can't wait to hear about it!
