Carrot Tahini Dressing sounds good...

If you can tell me a little about it, I could try, ie. texture, sweet, salty, lemony. More of a carrot or tahini flavor? Did the raw edge of the tahini come through or was it evenly balanced? Or could you not even tell it was there? I'm working on a dressing chapter right now, so I wouldn't mind at all. I love a challenge like this.
