Thanks for the info, I knew there was an Argentine parmesan
that was not good, but we couldn't remember which one, which
is why I attempted to qualify the Argentine recommendation
w/the $ amount. There are many Argentine parmesans, my SO
is in the international food (ie:dairy) business & he has
recommended a few of them, but they were always in the $10-11
range, not the $7.99 one. Also, Parmigiano/Reggiano here runs
at times around $17 a lb. (which of course, I will pay, cuz it's
worth it). I, too, read the Cook's article, but had totally
forgotten about it, so thank you again for the clarification.
