If you ever do get up this way you are more than welcome to drop by. Will make you a good old fashioned french canadian dinner.

So far this winter has not been too cold. Actually it is the way I like it. Around zero celsius to minus 6 degrees celsius during the night. I'm sure when the cold weather comes it will come with a big bang.

My sister is married to an American. He was in the army and they lived in Mississippi for 6 years. She had a really hard time with the humidity.

You certainly sound like a great cook. Sounds like your family are very lucky.
