Wendy about your pork roast.....

Misc.

Would you mind posting the recipe for it? It sounds delicious, but I would like to follow a recipe. Cooler weather does make me think of eating pork. In our part of the country the stores have been offering pork on sale. It's being called the other white sale! I have a friend who does not eat pork in the summer. It's some old wives' tale about it not being good because of the heat or some such nonsense.

I'll bet that your weather is gorgeous in Canada. My daughter is planning on visiting Canada during the spring on her senior trip.

Thanks in advance for the recipe.
