I think that your weather sounds divine! To be able to ice skate would be heavenly. We have to drive 100 miles, one way, to go to a mall that has an indoor ice skating rink. It's such a novelty to see people ice skate. I can't skate, but I love to go and watch the skaters twirl around. It looks so graceful! I love winter because, even though I live in the tropical, humid south, I have some lovely winter sweaters, the air is so crisp and cool, and everyone seems to feel better than they did in the hot, hot summer!

You made 22 meat pies? How about posting that recipe. It sounds like one that we would all enjoy!

Sharon, go ice skating or look at the ice skaters and have a cup of hot chocolate for me. I wish that I could be there, too!
