 Thanks, Sharon. I just might take you up on that! I'd love to go to Canada. Your sister married a man from Mississippi? We're about 150 miles away from Biloxi, Mississippi. Your sister is right--the humidity is TERRIBLE. Are you asking an Alabama woman for a cornbread recipe? Sure, I have lots--including my mama's and many variations--spinach bread, broccoli bread, etc. We don't like sugar in our cornbread, but many include it in their treasured recipes.
