A friend of mine who is in charge of the dairy department at the store said he expects it to go up one more time (maybe as high as $4/#) but then to start coming down. I say at that price it can sit there! They also ran out of the premade pie crusts and buttermilk this week (said they were told it was due to a shortage in the butter fat).
