Recipe(tried): Butter prices!

I talked to a rep from one of the dairy companies here. Her answer to the high price of butter was 3 different things!
1. More comsumption in the summer of ice creams
2. McDonalds McFlurry's have been the hottest ice cream treat of the summer. They have sold tons!!!!
3. Lot of the dairy cattle died this summer in the intense heat and the other cows did not produce as much milk during the heat of the summer.
She thought the price would come down by the holidays! I paid 2.77 at Walmart super store last week. I bought 5 pounds and froze it!
