Diane, no recipe, but...

Misc.
I just wanted to let you know that I live just outside of Edmonton, and my husband and I really enjoy Smileys also! We try to eat there 3 or 4 times a year. We usually go there before we go to watch the Edmonton Eskimos football games. In fact the resaurant is located fairly close to my parents place. I do have lots of cookbooks at home so this weekend I will look and see if I can find a recipe for you to try. This really is a wonderful site where we can enjoy posts from all over the world, and from people we have so much in common with.
