What about a Mardi Gras Party?! Serve cajun food, Hurricanes, crawfish, and a Kingcake! You can order all these items and find out more from various Mardi Gras web sites. You could play Harry Connic Jr. or Mardi Gras music, decorate everything in purple, green and yellow, have bead necklaces and/or decorated masks for guests and play New Orleans Trivia game or just party!! You could even rent a tape with a Mardi Gras theme to play in the background, soundless, for the visual effect.
