that's exactly what i was thinking about the marinara sauce (the italian word) and hence the confusion! So if the name doesn't come from that how did it get it's name? Now i'm curious.....
Thanks for posting the recipe and i will be sure to give it a go, everybody has been raving about it so it's got to be good!
