Gladys...

Misc.
I would like to add my appreciation for you to this thread. As I have told you before, I enjoy and learn so much from your recipes and the explanations that accompany them. It is such a privilege to learn about a different kind of cooking from someone who is so adept at delivering it in a way that is easily understood. I recently made my first "almost authentic" Arroz con Pollo and was amazed at the complexity of flavors. It was truly delicious. Please continue gifting us with your recipes and knowledge.

I have been fortunate enough to have visited Puerto Rico and your words of description make me hope to go again and see so much more of your beautiful island. Wishing you a blessed Christmas, Gladys, and much happiness in 2003.
