Dear Gladys:
I've read and collected many of your recipes. I was born in Puerto Rico and most of my family still lives there. My Mom was not a good cook (but boy! She made the best pasteles in the whole world!!)... Anyway, I would love to have your recipe for Sofrito. I have yet to find that elusive taste. Hope you can help.
