Thank you very much, but it really is Bon Appetit's recipe!! It's a good basic recipe, though I can never follow it exactly (always changing things!).

But, the BEST duck method is the one I described in that same message, with the rich Chambourd sauce and raspberries. It is truly one of the 5 best dishes I've EVER had in my life!

Too bad more people don't eat duck!
