I remember when we had company or during the holidays, my mom would serve pasta de guayaba & white cheese. All those fond childhood memories. I'm in WA. State 1 1/2 hrs. south of Seattle. Don't get back to the Island since mom passed last year but plan to go and see my brother in Caguas later this year.
