Hey Nan, ( I too have)

   Since you have opened up and admitted your notebook, I must confess that I too have done pretty much the same thing with the recipes that Gina has posted in the last few years. I don't even test her recipes before I make them for company, if Gina cites the recipe I Know it will be good. I feel better that someone else has done about the same thing I did (my family thinks I am nuts for collecting so many recipes). It truly is a small world after all, isn't it?
