I also have to confess that I collect all recipes that I find interesting. I normally don’t post much on what 4 dinner board as we tend to eat very different food here. But I do keep a track on what Gina posts and make a file just for her various recipes, just in case I may try it. (So far I have tried a couple of recipes but mainly sticks to her dessert and quick bread. The rice and bean recipe was great and a keeper for sure.) I am also a ardent fan of David in Virginia, who no loner posts here (Don’t know why and I miss him). I collected all his true and tried recipes and have made many of them when I can get my hands on the ingredients (some are hard to locate in m’sia). One recipe that I often make is his Momma's Sweet Potato Biscuits coz I can always get the ingredients, even in m’sia. I keep all his recipe along with his beautiful stories. I also follow many of Julie/SA’s recipes. She has great influence from her late granny who was a baker. I love her dessert and curry stuff. My latest favorites are the double chocolate banana muffins and the lemon mascarpone cake. Thank you all for great recipes and interesting stories. Cheers.
