Misc. Hi Monica,
It's wonderful to collect recipes, isn't it. I am always perusing the newspapers, magazines and anything in print for good recipes. I suppose once you get hit with that bug, you are pretty much done for.
The best recipe books are the ones that are homemade with different sections in it. Be sure to make a section for menus...there is always a holiday around the corner and parties with different themes as well as birthday celebrations. Thank goodness for the PC and the printer nowadays, in the old days, my Mom tells me they had to copy everything by hand (I sometimes have to resort to that method still). Now we just hit a button and the recipe comes out printed for us.
