Your menu sounds great (but large casserole), so I look forward to trying it the next time we have guests or family. Sometimes I just can't wait to try something so I make the dish and call in the friends-they're happy to try new things with us. I never have to worry about serving one of your recipes, Gina - I know they will be a hit!
