Vidalia onions are sweet onions that become available about this time of year here. The state of Georgia raises these onions and they may be raised elsewhere as well, I'm not sure about that. Anyway, you can buy half and half in the milk product section of your grocery store. It is half milk and half cream. I hope you are able to try this Lynda. I'm sure any sweet type onion would be good. Hope you enjoy!
