you can use close to that--11, 12 or 13oz is what I mean--not 8 oz because it's
too far a field from 13-oz--she meant if you use 16-oz it will get cakey. I
develop hundreds of recipes that I out in the marketplace, so I know the
tolerances--I was tryong to help the other person find a close to 13-oz size,
because she said that that particular size is not available at her store.
