I've been married for almost 30 years and still cringe when asked "what was the 1st meal you prepared" because it was the pits. It was so bad, that we took before and after pictures. It was "hamburger helper" and instead of using boiling water to mix w/everything, I used tap water and the results looked like sewer sludge! Thank the lord I have learned from that experience. I am now a pretty good cook but love to bake. The only problem is now my kids have left the nest and most of the time, my husband and I eat out!!
