The first meal

The first meal i made for my boyfriend (now of 3yrs) was actually pasta salad with beefsteak tomatoes, mozzerella and pesto. I'd made it before and had just got into my foody stage so i am afraid to report that it was a resounding success. He is veggie and in the place he was renting the cooker was disgusting (splattered with meat fat) so i was rather limited as to what to make him but we made do until my first home purchase went through. I did have one dissaster though; one morning i thought that i would make him scrambled eggs - i usually do these well, adding grated cheese, spring onions , chives and a little garlic salt and fresh ground black pepper. Unfortunately i was in a bit of a hurry and slipped with the salt. I scooped most of it out and thought that it would be ok - needless to say it wasn't and he nearly choked, poor thing! :)
