To be fair to my sweetie, the first thing she ever made for me as a pot raost while we were first dating. It had potatoes, carrots and onions. She rubbed a little flour and pepper on the roast, covered it and let it bake for a few hours. It was amazing. = )
We made sandwiches out of the remainder.
