estate industry, I would say yes. Sure it's nice to offer an allowance, but you'll get a much better reaction from new countertops & floor. Kitchens often sell the house. The earlier answer about the Mannington (being as durable, nice looking & maybe a little less expensive) might make the cost of the project a little more palatable. But I would say, go for it. It should pay you back in spades. Also, have a couple of real estate agents in to do a market analysis based on the before & after - they should be able to give you a good idea.
