Recipe: Fast Two-Layer Jell-O (blender) (Jell-O recipe, 1972)

FAST TWO-LAYER JELL-O

"This dessert forms two layers - a chiffon layer on top of a clear layer. Ready in 10 minutes."

1 (3 ounce) package Jell-O (any flavor)
3/4 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cups crushed ice

Empty Jell-O into blender container. Add boiling water.

Cover; blend at low speed for 30 seconds or until gelatin is dissolved. Add crushed ice. Cover; blend at high speed until ice is melted - about 30 seconds.

Chill in small dishes about 5-10 minutes before serving.
