Just a guess regarding Pina Colada Cheesecake
Misc.Jillian -- Your cheesecake sounds yummy. I am wondering if you put 2/3 cups or 1 cup of your pina colada concentrate in a small sauce pan and slowly simmered it for a long time---eventually reducing it to the 1/3 cup you need for your receipe. I am thinking this would make the concentrate even more concentrated. I have done this with meat broth. I have not tried it with concentrates for baking. Just a thought.
