Micha - where in Maine?

Misc.
Where in Maine will you be? and what dates - you'll see some beautiful scenery and enjoy your leaf-peeping. Those little towns between Portsmouth, NH, and Ogonquit, Wells along the road near the ocean area are filled with typical New England vistas - church spires, quaint villages. Of course, up higher in Maine, even more of those wonderful fishing villages on the coast.

Go online to Maine tourism website, and they'll have some "in-Maine" little back road day trip maps for leaf-peeping season.

If you're in the area around October 12/13th, Columbus Day weekend, don't get caught in traffic that will be bumper to bumper on most of the major highways and back roads - everyone else has the same idea in mind!

Have some lobsters!

Leaving Friday for summer at Cape Cod - can't wait for clams, cod and lobster! and the wonderful smell of the briny, fishy, cool ocean breezes as you first drive onto the Cape - it permeates the air and your senses.

Love, June
