I would so love to come to your classes!! I would bring you a bottle of the Montelcino wine we were trying, in order to, "get the feel", of Tuscany! I was to attend cooking classes there, some with others and some one-on-one! I know that the time I spent with Mom instead was the right thing for me, tho. Last night my husband was flipping thru channels and we saw a program about eating in Boston. That was where we were to have left the states from and I was looking forward to introducing him to what I knew of the town as he has never been there. Your classes sound so nice. I am always struck by how I feel I am, "in exactly the right place", when I am at a cooking class. Thank you for posting your, "lesson", for all of us to enjoy. I can't believe you made Baklava, it looks so involved, but perhaps it's just my unfamiliarity with that type of cuisine. I make very involved Asian food quite often. I have made arrangements for my husband to attend a week long blacksmithing school in Maine in the fall, another state he has not visited. We will be there for the leaf turning season, and I am looking forward to dropping him at class each day and taking off in the rental car to see the sights. I was told it's hard not to drive off the road, it's so breathtaking. Must be like our AZ sunsets! Thanks again!
