Good Morning Judy,
I have been out surfing for an eggplant pate' recipe and stumbled upon this vegan site. I like eating lentils for their high protein and low fat qualities. There are several interesting recipes from all over the world. I like spicey flavorful food from different countries. Give it a look and see if you find something fun.
