G'day Derla, Another idea is to use Port wine jello, [do you have that flavour over there?] and add 1 tablespoon of port for extra taste. Garnish with a small sprig of mint and finely chopped lemon and orange rind. Angel O:-)
PS. I wouldn't have thought of that for diabetics. I have it 'cos it looks pretty, tastes nice and is so easy to prepare. Wonder if you could use a different coloured jello crystals to the cream for sweetening. Mmmm might start a new craze here, coloured cream! might go down well at childrens parties. A.
