Nancy - just a thought

Misc.

When I have people visiting and we are doing lots of sightseeing I try to keep things interresting but simple. Plan your days so that you can pick up some local treat to bring home at the end of the day. I guess you wont be going to the beach in AZ - but as an example when we go to the beach I make sure that our last stop is at a local fish store. I try a variety of ethnic foods that I know not everyone can find back at home. Hey - maybe a theme kind of a deal..tie in dinner to your sightseeing efforts. Maybe you can make a lot of stuff ahead of time and freeze. Just do whatever it takes to keep it easy on yourself, and yes, the crock pot is a life saver!
