Question re: Pollo Rosa Maria

This recipe sounds delicious. I printed it out and will definitely be making it soon.

I have a question about the cooking process. The recipe says to bake the chicken in a dutch oven for 30 minutes. Does this mean to cook in the dutch oven on the stove, or to actually bake it in the oven? If so, at what temperature?
