ISO: Carrabas Polo Rosa Maria

Misc.
I'm looking for the chicken breast recipe searved at Carrabas with mushrooms, ham, and garlicy sauce call Polo Rosa Maria. It is for my mother who has dietary restrictions and rarely finds such a tasty dish she can eat at a restaurant.
