re: Baked Chicken'N'Butter

I know this recipe well as Chicken Baked in Butter and Cream - have made it many, many times over the years. The one I make comes from the locally family owned Stephenson's Apple Orchard Restaurant in Kansas City - it is in their cookbook as well as on their menu!
