Re: cleaning the microwave

Misc.

I fill a glass or microwave safe bowl with water, and let it come to a good boil in the microwave, to produce lots of steam. Then, I let it sit with the door closed about 10 minutes, then clean my microwave, and leave the door open a few minutes to get it good and dry. The gook all softens, and wipes out eaisly with the dish cloth and a little dish detergent. Rinse well!
